MEDITATION |  PRANAYAMA

All vital phenomena depend on the oxygen obtained through the blood. If oxygen-poor blood circulates through our arteries, the vitality of each of its cells is diminished. This will negatively affect the functioning of the body's organs and systems, including physical deterioration, mental exhaustion, and emotional imbalance. For this reason, breathing is closely linked to our mental patterns and emotional processes. Balancing one means balancing the other; and the knowledge of our internal states will positively impact the quality of life that we can achieve with a regular practice of respiratory reeducation and daily meditations.

In these meetings, which can be group or personalized, it is proposed to explore one's own breathing, record the patterns and re-educate the rhythm to improve the quality of life. We use mindful breathing as a vehicle for meditation around our thoughts and emotions.

  • We will learn about the physiological and anatomical concepts of breathing and how they impact health.

  • Breathing and stress, anxiety, fear. Learn to register them. What consequences do these emotional states have?

  • Observation and awareness of the respiratory cycle (Clavicular breathing / Thoracic breathing / Diaphragmatic breathing / Complete breathing)

  • Pranayamas to calm or cool the system; pranayamas to activate metabolism and energy circulation in the body and mind; pranayamas to balance activity and passivity in the body and mind.
